The RapidPress system revolutionises pipe installation with its modular design. Utilising O-rings and hydraulic pressed  crimps for a secure, leak-free connection. In just 5 simple steps—cut, deburr, witness mark, assemble & press—you can install pipework swiftly and easily, without the need for qualified welders or hot works permits. This innovative press-fit system is up to 10 times faster than traditional welding, reducing labour costs and boosting productivity. Rapidpress can be used in a wide range of applications for services from Water ring mains, air lines, gas lines, glycol and more. However, it’s important to note that press-fit does have limitations in terms of hygiene due to the pressed Connections

Traditional welding processes has its place, RapidPress doesn’t fully replace the need for welded lines but it is a cost effective and time saving solution.. With welding, you need qualified welders and hot works permits. Welding often demands time consuming preparation, especially for complex or large diameter tube work.

While welding has long been a reliable method, it’s important to recognise that the market has seen advancements, such as press-fit solutions, that offer their own unique advantages. Both welding and press-fit methods have their place in various applications.
