RapidPress BSP Unions

In our RapidPress BSP Union range we have both the male and female BSP union’s available.

We stock these in sizes from 15NB – 50NB. Our standard INOX union is fitted with EPDM seals and has a temperature rating of  -20°C up to 120°C. The pressure rating of these fittings are 16 Bar or 232 PSI. They are also available with Gas Rated NBR/HNBR seals and our Inox Extreme FKM seals.

Our RapidPress BSP Unions consist of three parts, the BSP end connection, a flat faced seal and the press end connection.

When using Unions in a RapidPress line it allows the line to be taken apart and serviced if required. It is also a quick and easy way of being able to dismantle your pipework for maintenance purposes.

These unions are a flat faced union. This means that the pipework needs to be completely straight to eliminate potential leaks. A helpful hint for installers is to assemble and tighten the union before you press the tube on. If you require a slight amount of deflection you can consider the use of our RapidPress RJT Unions.
