NEEDLE VALVES

NEEDLE VALVES

ABOUT   >   VIDEOS

Needle Valves

Needle valves are used to regulate small amounts of flow or high pressures through either an appliance or system.

The unique feature about these valves is that they have a small plunger which is similar to a needle, hence the name needle valve. The needle valve’s needle fits into the seat of the valve. Due to this, needle valves are able to accurately control fluid flow through the valve.

These valves have parallel female BSP threaded ends, contain a PTFE seal and are controlled using a T handle.

The maximum temperature rating of these valves is 200 degrees celsius and the maximum pressure this valve can handle is 6000PSI. We stock needle valves in 1/4 and ½ inch.
