FlexiFlow: Stainless Steel Braided Flexible Hose

The Metal Company stock both PTFE and stainless steel convoluted flexible braided hoses.

And yes, we hold these in stock ready for dispatch over night.

Because of their flexibility these hoses are great for reducing mechanical vibration, compensating for expansion and contraction or misalignment of pipework.

These hoses have a 316 stainless convoluted inner tube and an external 304 stainless braid. Important to note that these do not have a rubber liner, they are 100% stainless.

These hoses are designed and manufactured to handle high temperatures, pressures and vibrations so they have a long life span.

Each hose has a tag on the side, this displays some very important information and states that each hose have been individually tested twice, both a hydro and pneumatic test.

We stock these hoses with end connections such as Tri Clovers, RJT’s, BSP, Flanges, RapidPress and Buttweld ends and we can even custom fabricate any end connections you require.

We stock FlexiFlow hoses in diameters from 15NB right up to 100NB and in lengths from 300mm-1500mm.

The Metal Company also stock flexiflow hoses that have a convoluted PTFE liner making them more suitable for food and beverage applications, and harsh chemicals.

If you have any questions on our FlexiFlow range, then please get in touch with the crew at The Metal Company. Because we make buying stainless steel easy!
