AUTOMATED FILTER SYSTEM
The Metal Company worked alongside a client to help with a fully Automated Filter System for filtering wine prior to bottling.
The system is seamlessly integrated, beginning with the cellar where wine is stored in bulk. From there, it is pumped to the filter skid, which allows for precise adjustments to dissolved gasses and the removal of any unwanted particulates, ensuring the wine is perfectly prepared for bottling.
Additionally, the pump station, filters, and filling equipment can be thoroughly sterilized using an integrated CIP kitchen. The filter skid is equipped with a gantry system, facilitating easy access for convenient filter element changes.
The Metal Company supplied valves, sight glasses, tube and most importantly torkmaster actuators to bring this system together.
